Specialist

Epoq, US, Inc.,  the U.S. affiliate of http://www.epoq.co.uk, and the publisher of the Rapidocs® Document Assembly System, is recruiting one or more full or part-time Legal Document Automation Specialists to work on automating legal forms. The work involves creating new interactive forms and maintaining our extensive product inventory, as well as automation support for our law firm and institutional clients. For examples of our SmartLegalForms®  see: http://www.smartlegalforms.com, http://www.wills-online.com, http://www.mdfamilylawyer.com and other Epoq Web Sites.

We are recently launched our DirectLaw service for law firms and this Service is generating demand for Legal Document Automation Specialists.

Epoq is committed to use its web-based technologies to increase access to the legal system and to create alternative methods of solving legal problems that are designed to make legal services more affordable and effective.

Rapidocs® is a web-based document assembly solution which is similar to HOTDOCS®, published by Lexis®. Desired qualifications include: experience in programming HOTDOCS®or a similar document application, demonstrated technical writing skills, capacity to translate legal terms into layman’s language, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a legal background either as an attorney or a paralegal.   Extreme attention to detail is essential.

Epoq is based in the Baltimore-Washington area and in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; however, we are a de-centralized and web-based organization. In this position, the successful candidate can work from a home office anywhere in the United States. Therefore, you must be a self-starter and have the ability to work autonomously.

Extensive training in the Rapidocs Document Assembly System will be provided.
